In the event one or more clauses stipulated in these general terms and conditions are declared null and void by any competent authority or judicial body, KAIECO will take the necessary measures to communicate and change our systems or policies to comply with any judgement or legal orders.

Furthermore; in the event a "void" has been ordered or ruled on by a judicial body we will comply and it should be noted that all-users understand and accept any "void" will not affect the validity of any remaining clauses of our terms of service.

The remaining general terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
